Job summary

Mekari in Indonesia is seeking a Client Success Specialist to assist clients in setting up applications aligned with HRIS and payroll requirements, and to provide consultancy on best practices. You will gather client needs, translate them into system configurations, support and troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Accounting, HRM, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Payroll or HRIS.
• Knowledgeable of Payroll components and related regulations adds value.
• Understand HRM concepts and have good analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist client to setup applications appropriate with clients requirements.
• Provide consultancy for clients about best practice HRIS, Payroll, etc.
• Assist Junior Activation Specialist for technical issue / explanation about Talenta System.
• Support and give problem-solving to clients.
• Gather client requirements and implement the system.
• Report to the manager about client needs and problems regularly.
