Mekari is Indonesia's leading SaaS company helping businesses accelerate digital transformation with Mekari Jurnal, Mekari Talenta, Mekari Qontak, and Mekari Flex. We seek an HRIS/Payroll Support professional in Bali to assist clients with setup, advise on best practices, and implement solutions.

You will gather client requirements, provide problem-solving, and report to the manager about client needs. Strong payroll knowledge and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HRM or IT or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience handling payroll or HRIS.
• Knowledgeable of payroll components such as tax and BPJS.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good interpersonal and client-facing abilities.
• Fast learner, independent, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to set up applications per their requirements.
• Provide consultancy on HRIS, Payroll best practices.
• Support and solve client issues.
• Gather requirements and implement the system.
• Report needs and problems to the manager regularly.
