Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is recruiting an HRGA Supervisor for a Retail client based in Central Jakarta. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment for store staff, attendance, BPJS, and vendor management to support fast-paced retail operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as HRGA in retail, experience with mass recruitment and permits, and owns a motorcycle. English at conversational level is required; CVs must be submitted in English.

Qualifications

• Conversational level English proficiency.
• At least 3 years experience as HRGA in retail industry, experienced in mass recruitment, permits, vendor handling.
• Own motorcycle.
• CV in English only.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment for store employees, including Store Managers, Cashiers, Sales Associates, Store Crew, and Warehouse Staff
• Manage attendance, shift schedules, overtime, BPJS Health & Employment, and employment contracts (Fixed-Term/Permanent)
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, absenteeism, cash/stock loss incidents, and Warning Letters in compliance with Labor Laws
• Manage store permits, lease agreements, facility maintenance, and operational procurement
• Coordinate maintenance of AC/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, POS systems, and manage third-party vendors
• Manage store supplies and asset inventory across multiple outlets
• Conduct regular store visits and provide HRGA support to retail operations
• Maintain HR data and reports using HRIS and Microsoft Office/Excel
• Other tasks as assigned
