Job summary

PT Rinnai Indonesia is seeking a Quality Assurance Staff to join our Tangerang Regency manufacturing team. This full-time role focuses on conducting inspections, testing, and evaluating products to meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, has at least 4 years in QA within manufacturing, and demonstrates strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QA tools, and Kaizen/5S3T practices. Placement at Cikupa Plant.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma Degree.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Quality Assurance in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and testing methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Kaizen and 5S3T in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using quality assurance tools, measuring instruments, and inspection equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent certifications is advantageous.
• Placement in our factory, Cikupa Plant.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem analysis and market claim investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Audit raw materials, packaging, labels, and finished goods, provide recommendations and solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement company policies & procedures to ensure product quality.
• Monitor product quality across stages of production.
• Set and maintain factory quality standards for each process and department.
• Perform inline inspections, preliminary audits, and final checks.

About the role

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and comply with all relevant regulations and specifications.
