• Conduct procurement for office equipment and facilities (computers, desks, AC, phones, utilities).
• Monitor and support facilities and supporting services including security, transport, and office staff.
• Supervise maintenance and replacement processes for facilities and services, and supervise HR/general affairs staff.

Job description

Responsible for the management and development of Human Resources. Coordinate with other departments to gather employee request plans annually and create employee data status reports. Support and oversee all operational activities of production and office by conducting procurement processes for all equipment (such as office supplies, computers, desks/work chairs, air conditioning, telephones, electricity, water, etc.). Support additional facilities and supporting services (such as operational vehicles for courier services, office staff, security personnel, etc.). Conduct maintenance and repair activities for all facilities and supporting services, and manage the replacement process for damaged facilities/services. Monitor the tasks of HR staff and general affairs staff.
