Job summary

Teknindo Group in Indonesia offers a paid internship for students or recent graduates in HR/GA and general affairs. You will support daily operations, office facilities, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth business activities.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in asset management, HR documentation, and administrative tasks while developing professional skills in a dynamic, growing group in the mining, construction, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Active university student (7th semester minimum) or fresh graduate in HR-related field.
• Basic understanding of HR/HRGA functions.
• Familiarity with HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily general affairs operational activities, including office facilities, assets, and utilities management.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Manage company assets, inventory, and office supplies, including monitoring stock and usage.
• Handle company transportation arrangements and support operational mobility.
• Support administrative tasks related to human resources & general affairs documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Active university student (minimum 7th semester) or a fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Human Resources / HRGA
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, high willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Willing to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months
