PT NEW CORAL SEA seeks an experienced HRGA all-rounder to manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and employee records across the Indonesia operations.
You will oversee payroll, BPJS, and Indonesian labor regulations while coordinating with China HQ on policy implementation and bilingual reporting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), and employee records.
Handle attendance, overtime, payroll, THR, BPJS, and PPh21.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, transfers, resignations, and termination processes.
Handle RPTKA, work permits, and KITAS applications and renewals.
Implement performance appraisal and employee training.
Prepare monthly HR reports and manpower cost reports for China HQ.
Manage office supplies, fixed assets, administrative budgets, and company documents.
Handle company licenses, official documents, and renewals.
Coordinate visits from China HQ, government officials, and clients.
Handle Chinese/English/Indonesian document translation and filing.
Maintain regular communication with Disnaker, Immigration, Tax Office, Fire Department, Police, and local authorities.
Assist with government inspections, permits, and compliance matters.
Facilitate communication between Chinese management and local employees.
Support the implementation of China HQ policies and bilingual reporting.
2–4 years of experience in HRGA / HR & Administration.
Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
Able to work independently as an HRGA all-rounder.
Hands-on experience in labor relations, payroll, BPJS, PPh21, and Indonesian labor regulations.
Experience handling RPTKA, work permits, and KITAS for employees.
Experience dealing with Disnaker, Immigration, Tax Office, and other government authorities.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
