• Experience in HRGA, talent acquisition or related HR functions in multinational or manufacturing settings.
• Strong coordination and communication with internal teams and external parties.

Responsabilités

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding preparation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and align recruitment with business requirements.
• Maintain and update employee databases, employment documents, and HR administrative records.
