Job summary

Matahari Tire Indonesia, PT is seeking an experienced HRGA professional in Semarang, Central Java to drive people operations and general administration. This full-time role supports recruitment, contracts, payroll, and compliance, ensuring accurate records and efficient HR services across the organisation.

You will handle training, employee relations, and vendor management while maintaining strong confidentiality and alignment with Indonesian labour laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in a human resources and general administration role, preferably within manufacturing or automotive sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law, labour regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handling recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Handling employee contracts, documentation, and maintaining accurate personnel records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Handling payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation matters.
• Handling employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinating training and development programmes to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
• Handling general administrative functions including office facilities, procurement, and vendor management.
• Ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Processing leave applications, managing attendance records, and maintaining HR information systems.
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Liaising with external partners including government agencies, insurance providers, and recruitment firms.
