Job summary

PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is seeking an HRGA Officer to support on-site employee mobilization, demobilization, fieldbreak arrangements, and related administration. The role coordinates transportation, accommodation, site access, safety requirements, and services, working with site services, HSE, technical/operation teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth employee movement and timely records.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRGA, HR Administration, General Affairs, Employee Services, or related.
• Experience in mining, manufacturing, construction, industrial, or project-site environments preferred.
• Experience handling employee mobilization, transportation, fieldbreak, travel arrangements, or site administration highly preferred.
• Mandarin language proficiency required for communication with Chinese expatriate employees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support HRGA operations, especially employee mobilization, demobilization, and fieldbreak arrangements at site.
• Coordinate transportation, accommodation, site access, safety requirements, and employee services with site teams and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support, maintain movement records, and assist in HRGA process improvements.

Job description

Responsible for supporting HRGA operations, particularly employee mobilization, demobilization, and fieldbreak arrangements, as well as employee-related administrative needs at site.

The role coordinates transportation, accommodation, site access, safety requirements, and other employee services, while working closely withsite services team, HSE, Technical/Operation teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely employee movement and administration.

The position also provides administrative support, maintains employee movement records, follows up on site requirements, and supports the implementation and improvement of HRGA processes and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRGA, HR Administration, General Affairs, Employee Services, or a related position.

Experience in mining, manufacturing, construction, industrial, or project-site environments is preferred.

Experience handling employee mobilization, transportation, fieldbreak, travel arrangements, or site administration is highly preferred

Mandarin language proficiency is required, both written and spoken, to support communication with Chinese expatriate employees and related stakeholders.
