Job summary

Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and implement strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business and mining project objectives. The role emphasizes HR transformation, digitalization, and organizational development across sites.

The successful candidate will have 7–10 years in HR, Mandarin fluency, and strong stakeholder management, with willingness to travel to mining sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or project management role.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written), with strong business communication skills.
• Experience in HR Project Management, HR Transformation, HR Digitalization, or Process Improvement.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel to and work with mining sites/projects when required.
