Job summary

Magada & Co. seeks an experienced HR leader to direct the company's people strategy and operations in Jakarta. You will shape policy, oversee recruitment, training, performance, and talent development to build a high-performing workforce.

Fluent Mandarin is required to collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders; you will ensure compliance with labor regulations and government policies affecting the mining sector and coordinate with management at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial HR role.
• Fluent in speaking and reading Mandarin.
• Proficient in HR areas: recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, talent management.
• Familiar with labor regulations in mining industry.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across management levels.

• Direct and oversee all HR strategies and activities to ensure having a high performance organization to meet the Company\'s objectives with highly competent and motivated employees in a conducive working environment.
• Accountable for planning, developing, managing, monitoring and implementing the strategic and operation activities of Human Resources Management, including recruitment, selection, placement, personnel administration, personnel movement, performance management, training, career development and compliance.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor\'s degree, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position in Human Resources
• Fluent in speaking and reading Mandarin
• Proficient in various HR areas, including recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and talent management
• Familiar with labor regulations and government regulations in mining industry
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of building good relationships with all levels of management and employees
