Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Psychology/HRM and a minimum of 5 years HR experience in trucking/logistics, with strong labor law and IR knowledge. English fluency is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / HR Management.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in trucking, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and industrial relations.
• Experience handling blue-collar workforce.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for operational workforce (drivers, warehouse, ops staff).
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for trucking and cargo operations.
• Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, overtime, and payroll coordination.
• Manage industrial relations, including disciplinary actions, warnings, and dispute handling.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company HR policies.
• Act as liaison between operations, HR, and management to support business continuity.
