Job summary

Responsibilities include fleet & asset management, vendor negotiations, and SOP improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience are required, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Legal, Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of HRD & GA experiences, supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and training & development.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and multi tasking.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Industrial Relations: payroll validation, employee grievances handling, legal compliance, and audit-ready records.
• General Affairs & Fleet Management: cost control, vendor management, asset management, license & permits tracking.
• Recruitment & Training: lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and in-house training; supervise staff and drivers; improve SOPs.
