Job summary

Dynapack Asia seeks an experienced HR & GA Generalist to oversee daily HR and GA operations in our Bekasi-Cikarang area facility. You will be the primary contact for employee relations and operational inquiries.

Responsibilities include attendance tracking, leave management, payroll data preparation, and managing external vendors. A solid knowledge of Indonesian labor law and BPJS requirements is essential; willingness to be placed in Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR & GA Generalist experience (manufacturing a plus).
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations.
• Experience with GA, facility management, and coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR and General Affairs (GA) operations, acting as the main point of contact for employee relations and operational inquiries.
• Supervise and coordinate with the team to ensure accurate attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll data preparation.
• Manage end-to-end GA activities.
• Manage and evaluate external vendor relationships (e.g., outsourcing agencies) to ensure service levels are consistently met.
• Monitor company compliance with local labor regulations, BPJS requirements, and internal company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR & GA Generalist (experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage).
• Solid practical knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and basic industrial relations.
• Hands-on experience handling General Affairs, facility management, and coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels, labor unions (if applicable), and management.
