Stanford Teknologi Indonesia, based in Central Jakarta, seeks an experienced HRGA Manager to lead recruitment, HR strategy, and employee relations within a fintech environment. You will drive performance, training, and compliance, partnering with leadership to align HR with business goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR/PSY, 3–5 years of HRGA leadership, and English fluency (Mandarin a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM or related field.
• 3–5 years of HRGA management experience.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin a plus.

The key responsibilities and duties of the position are outlined below:

Responsible for end-to-end employee recruitment and selection.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Manage and develop the quality of human resources.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Create a positive working environment.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Responsible for the implementation of anti-bribery measures and the enforcement of anti-bribery policies within the department, conducting risk assessments, ensuring team compliance, and fostering a workplace culture of integrity.

The job requirements of the position are outlined below:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as HRGA Manager.

Proficient in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)

Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive Role

Experience in the fintech, financial services, digital lending, or other regulated industries is preferred.

People-oriented and results-driven.

Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Ability to architect strategy along with strong leadership skills.

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Competence to build and manage interperseonal relationships at all levels of the company.

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best pratices.
