Stanford Teknologi Indonesia is seeking an IT Director to lead the IT development, infrastructure, information security, and operations in Jakarta. You will define strategic roadmaps, cybersecurity policy, disaster recovery, and AI adoption while managing vendors, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5–8 years in IT with team leadership, strong English skills, and experience in fintech or regulated sectors.

The key responsibilities and duties of the position are outlined below:

Lead and coordinate the IT Development, IT Infrastructure, Information Security, and IT Operations functions.

Define and execute the IT roadmap, cybersecurity strategy, Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), and AI adoption strategy.

Manage IT vendors, contracts, and technology budgets.

Implement and maintain ISO 27001 (SMKI), ISO 20000-1, and ISO 9001 standards.

Develop, review, and update IT SOPs and policies in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Support business planning and execution related to OJK requirements, OJK self-assessments, OJK audits, and compliance with AFPI regulations.

Manage data submissions to and integration with Pusdafil, SLIK, FDC (Fintech Data Center). and APOLO OJK.

Manage cloud servers, databases (including stored procedures), network infrastructure and topology using MikroTik, operational VPNS, VoIP systems, Microsoft 365, and corporate email systems.

Oversee the development, maintenance, and integration of Android and iOS platforms, websites, and internal applications.

Manage API integrations with banking services, e‑sign, e‑stamp, and payment/disbursement.

Oversee data governance and MIS reporting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business data.

Perform the functions of support the Data Protection Officer in accordance with UU PDP.

Manage penetration testing, vulnerability management, antivirus and endpoint security solutions, and security incident response.

Conduct IT Risk assessments and ensure appropriate follow‑up actions are taken to address internal and external audit findings.

The job requirements of the position are outlined below:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

5-8 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years of experience in managing small teams.

Proficient in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)

Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, information security, database management, MIS, and IT operations.

Experience in the fintech, financial services, digital lending, or other regulated industries is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Willing to accept on‑call duties, pressure‑resistant, and business oriented.

Good understanding of OJK reporting requirements (Pusdafil, SLIK, and APOLO), FDC/AFPI, and UU PDP.

Experience in implementing and auditing ISO 27001 (Experience with ISO 20000-1 and ISO 9001 is an advantage).

Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, networking, databases/SQL, information security, and API integration.

Knowledge of Java Spring Boot, Kotlin, Swift, NestJS, PHP, Server Linux and Windows, Kubernetes, MySQL advanced, Mikrotik.
