Job summary

Porto group. in Jakarta is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. You will oversee policies, payroll timely processing, and ensure compliance across all departments.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, preferably in manufacturing, with strong leadership and knowledge of labor laws. Willingness to work six days a week and drive employee engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Psychology, or equivalent (CHRP preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems and labor laws/industrial relations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willing to work 6 days a week
