Job summary

Japanese Manufacturer is seeking an HRGA Manager to lead human resources, general affairs, and IT operations for a manufacturing environment. You will oversee recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management, while coordinating GA and IT efforts and negotiating with labor unions.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in HRGA management within manufacturing, strong union negotiation experience, and a high level of English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HRGA manager experience in manufacturing.
• Sufficient experience in labor union negotiations.
• Experience in managing HR, GA, and IT operations.
• More than high conversational level English.
• Stable career history.
