Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Law is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations, industrial relations, and ISO standards.

Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for an HRGA & Legal Manager to lead the Human Resources, General Affairs & Legal functions in line with the company's business direction. This position plays an important role in strengthening HR processes, improving organizational effectiveness, and developing sustainable people management practices to support business growth in the oil and gas services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement HR policies, strategies, and processes that support business priorities and the company's long-term objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment activities, succession planning, and employee learning and development initiatives.
• Supervise General Affairs activities, including facility maintenance, asset management, and vendor coordination to maintain efficient operations.
• Handle industrial relations matters and ensure compliance with Indonesian employment laws and applicable labor regulations.
• Oversee performance evaluation processes and organizational development programs across business functions.
• Monitor and improve workplace safety practices (K3/HSE) in accordance with internal standards and relevant regulations.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce data to provide management with insights for business decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HRGA & Legal team while ensuring departmental targets and performance indicators are achieved.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensure company operations, policies, and procedures comply with local, national, and international laws and regulations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law. A Master's degree (S2) will be an advantage.
• At least 15 years of experience in HRGA, including a minimum of 10 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations, industrial relations, General Affairs management, and ISO 9001, 37001, 45001 & 18001.
• Ability to develop long-term plans while ensuring effective execution of daily operational activities.
• Good analytical skills, particularly in HR reporting, budget management, and workforce planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Previous experience in oil and gas, energy, or industrial services is preferred.
