Job summary

PT Usaha Jayamas Bhakti seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, manage financial reporting, ensure tax compliance, and lead a capable accounting team in Jakarta. The role requires strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS and audits, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory adherence.

You will coordinate monthly and annual closes, monitor cash flow, support budgeting, and drive process improvements while mentoring staff to uphold high integrity and analytical rigor.

Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing accounting operations, managing financial reporting, ensuring tax compliance, and leading an accounting team to maintain accurate financial records and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

Organize task distribution, guide accounting staff, and evaluate daily team performance

Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and consolidation)

Oversee daily transactions, receivables/payables, general ledger, and bank reconciliation

Ensure all records comply with accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS) and tax regulations, and prepare documents for internal and external audits

Assist with budgeting, analyze cost variances, and manage month-end and year-end closing processes

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management

Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience as Accounting/Finance Staff or Senior Accountant

Proficiency in full accounting cycle and taxation (Brevet A & B Certificate preferred)

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Accurate), and accounting software

Leadership capability, strong communication, attention to detail, analytical skills, and high integrity
