Job summary

Danaya Outsource is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to strengthen HR operations in Pekanbaru, Riau. You will oversee day-to-day HR activities, support administrative processes, and contribute to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance to foster a productive workplace.

The role requires a minimum of two years in HR, a solid understanding of HR best practices and Indonesian employment law, and proficiency with HR software and databases.

Qualifications
