Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee administration and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support the implementation and administration of Performance Management, including KPI monitoring and performance appraisal processes.
Assist in employee relations matters and help maintain a positive and productive working environment.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
Coordinate employee onboarding, probation evaluation, contract administration, and offboarding processes.
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
Prepare periodic HR reports and analyze relevant HR data.
Support daily HR operations and other Human Resources initiatives as required.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Law, or other relevant fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role.
Fresh Graduates with strong internship or organizational experience in HR are welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of the HR lifecycle, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training, and HR Administration.
Familiar with Indonesian employment regulations and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at different levels.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, Google Office Space.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
