Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and ensure effective people management, employee relations, and compliance in support of our business operations.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives.

Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.

Manage industrial relations and employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian manpower regulations, company policies, and employment requirements.

Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave, and HR administration.

Lead performance management, employee development, and training initiatives.

Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure effective HR operations.

Provide HR advice and recommendations to management and perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Industrial Relations and Indonesian manpower regulations.

Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS.

Good command of English is an advantage.

Willing to be based in Semarang, Central Java.
