Job summary

PT Profilia Indotech (Sidoarjo) seeks an HRD & GA specialist in Tangerang to oversee recruitment, asset management, general affairs, and ISO/SNI compliance.

You will maintain administrative files, manage PKWT contracts, generate attendance reports, and support licensing, 5S/5R, security, and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of an S1 degree, 2+ years in HRGA within manufacturing, strong communication, integrity, and a valid driving license, living near Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HRGA, preferably in manufacturing.
• Familiar with Indonesian Labour Law and ISO/SNI systems.
• Able to drive a car and possess a Class A driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee recruitment from start to finish.
• Control and maintain company asset management.
• Perform general affairs work.

Job description

HRD & GA position in an ISO and SNI certified manufacturing company based in Tangerang. The role involves managing recruitment processes, asset management, general affairs operations, and administrative functions while maintaining ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

Conduct employee recruitment processes from start to finish

Control and maintain company asset management

Perform general affairs work

Maintain administrative files and records in both hard and soft copy formats according to ISO standards

Control employee work contracts (PKWT)

Create monthly absence reports and attendance data

Perform other HRD activities as needed by the company

About you

Minimum S1 education in any field (Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management preferred)

Minimum 2 years of experience in HRGA, preferably from a manufacturing company

Good communication skills, assertive, and able to negotiate

High integrity, honest, disciplined, hardworking, and strategic thinking

Familiar with general affairs handling (licensing, 5S/5R, security, cleanliness)

Familiar with employee recruitment (blue collar and white collar)

Understanding of Indonesian Labour Law and ISO/SNI systems (a plus)

Preferably domiciled in Tangerang and surrounding areas

Able to drive a car and possess a Class A driving license
