PT Jui Shin Indonesia (Semen Garuda) seeks an HR Development Staff to lead daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and records in Medan. You will shape HR policies, support performance appraisal, and ensure legal compliance while coordinating with management across departments.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, strong MS Office skills, and readiness to work Monday–Saturday at the KIM 2 site in Medan.
Manage and oversee daily HR activities and administrative processes
Handle employee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Manage employee attendance, leave, contracts, and personnel records
Coordinate employee relations and handle HR-related issues
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations and applicable laws
Support performance appraisal and employee development programs
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data
Coordinate with management and other departments regarding HR matters
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.00 / 4.00 (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
Graduated from a reputable / well-recognized university.
Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administration.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Willing to work Monday–Saturday
Willing to be placed at KIM 2, Medan
