Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee human resources, employee relations, and general affairs in our South Tangerang operations. The role covers recruitment, performance management, training, and regulatory compliance for both office and project-site staff.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years HR experience, including 3 years in management, with strong leadership and knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations. Experience in construction or interior sectors is preferred.

• Experience managing both office and project-site employees.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations and industrial relations.
