Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a dedicated HR professional to lead talent reviews and workforce planning for the nationwide logistics operations. You will assess talent, consolidate findings, and support engagement initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with HRBP and logistics leaders to translate data into insights, ensuring timely follow-up on initiatives and delivering accurate outputs within timelines. This is a 12-month temporary third-party assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in fast-paced organizations.
• Comfortable working with performance data, employee data, and operational information; translate data into insights.
• Strong execution capability and attention to detail; manage recurring data tasks and timelines.
• Good communication and coordination skills across frontline teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct talent reviews for the nationwide logistics operations team based on assessment models.
• Organize and consolidate talent assessment results and support workforce planning for logistics operations.
• Support execution of organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives based on talent capabilities.
• Assist in planning and execution of recognition and incentive programs.
• Provide daily HRBP support and collaborate with HRBP and operations leaders to drive initiatives.
