Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and a minimum three-month commitment is required. Responsibilities include screening resumes, coordinating interviews, tracking applicant data in the ATS, and supporting recruitment reports.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and talent strategy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Screen resumes to match qualifications with role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Support the tracking and updating of applicant information in the ATS.
• Help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor hiring progress.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.
• Assist in providing a smooth and engaging interview experience.
