Job summary

ByteDance is seeking an HRBP Specialist to join the GTL logistics team in Jakarta, Indonesia, based at the Dunairex Sortation Center. This hands-on role partners with frontline operations to drive talent reviews, engagement, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of HR experience in fast-paced environments, with strong data analytics and execution skills. This 12-month assignment is managed by a third‑party agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in fast-paced roles such as HRBP support, talent review, or employee engagement.
• Comfortable handling performance and employee data and translating insights for stakeholders.
• Strong execution capability with attention to detail and timely outputs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct talent reviews for nationwide logistics operations based on assessment models.
• Organize talent assessment results and support workforce planning and succession.
• Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives across regional teams.
• Assist in planning and execution of recognition and incentive programs.
• Provide daily HRBP support and collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to drive initiatives.
