PT Apollo Fruit Indonesia is seeking an HRBP to work closely with the PH and Purchasing teams, covering day-to-day HR operations and seasonal activities.

1. Recruitment
Manage recruitment for Daily Workers, PH Quality Control, and Purchasing teams.
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate manpower requirements with the respective team leaders.
2. HR Administration & Payroll
Manage and maintain employee databases, particularly for field/site teams.
Handle weekly payroll administration and ensure accurate employee data.
Manage the end-to-end cash advance process for PH and Purchasing teams, including field/site employees.
Calculate and maintain seasonal employee bonuses in the HR system.
3. Employee Relations
Maintain strong communication with employees and management regarding workplace concerns.
Handle employee issues, feedback, and workplace relationships professionally.
Support management in resolving employee-related matters and maintaining a positive working environment.
4. Performance Management
Conduct and coordinate periodic employee performance reviews.
Monitor employee performance and follow up with supervisors/management where necessary.
Support KPI and performance-related documentation.
5. Operational & Seasonal HR Support
Ensure smooth HR and operational support for PH and Purchasing teams before and during the fruit season.
Coordinate employee-related operational needs, including business travel, accommodation/living arrangements, and other field requirements.
Work closely with management and field teams to ensure workforce readiness during peak season.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major.
Fresh graduates with relevant experience/exposure are welcome to apply.
Mandatory able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently with field/site teams.
At least 2 years of leadership experience is preferred, experience in a logistics, supply chain, agricultural, or operational environment will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with HR data, payroll, and employee administration.
Willing to join by the end of September 2026.
Willing to actively support seasonal operations, including extended working hours and weekends when required during peak season.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment.
