Job summary

Chocochips Boutique seeks an experienced HR professional to partner with management to shape organization structure, manpower planning, and workforce effectiveness. You will monitor turnover, retention, and engagement, identify root causes, and drive improvement actions while guiding managers on performance, KPI setting, and development plans.

The role focuses on competency gaps, high-potential talent, succession, and data-driven HR insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in psychology, HR, management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR, preferably HRBP, Organization Development, Performance Management, or People Development.
• Experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, consumer goods, or fast-growing companies preferred.
• Strong understanding of manpower planning, performance management, retention, employee relations, and OD.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with HR data and metrics.
