Job summary

Chocochips Boutique in Jakarta is seeking a recruitment coordinator to support our growing fashion brand. You will create and post openings, source candidates, screen CVs, and schedule interviews to move hires forward.

You will maintain candidate records, prepare offers and onboarding documents, and compile weekly hiring reports to track progress and time-to-hire. Fresh graduates with HR internships are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major; Psychology or Human Resource Management preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment; fresh graduates with HR internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with job portals.
• Communicative, well organized, and able to handle multiple positions at once.

Responsibilities

• Create and post job openings on recruitment portals.
• Actively source candidates, including reaching out to the existing talent pool.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews (phone or online screening).
• Schedule user interviews and coordinate online assessments (DISC and IQ).
• Maintain the candidate database and keep the status of every hiring stage up to date.
• Prepare offering letters and complete hired candidates' documents until their first day of work.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports (number of applicants, progress per position, and time to hire).
