Job summary

PT Jaya Refrigeration Equipment (Midea Indonesia) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/Manager to align HR initiatives with manufacturing objectives in the Cikarang-Bekasi area. You will lead workforce planning, development, and governance to ensure high performance and compliance across the organization.

The role requires deep knowledge of Indonesian labor law, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Mandarin speaking ability will be a strong advantage
• Established network with government institutions in Cikarang, Bekasi area is a strong advantage
