Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR/Business/ Psychology/Management/Data Analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in fast‑paced organizations.
• Comfortable working with performance and operational data; translate to insights.
• Strong execution capability and attention to detail within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct talent reviews for nationwide logistics operations at site and regional levels.
• Organize and consolidate talent assessment results; identify strengths and development needs.
• Support talent review and workforce planning for logistics operations.
• Assist in planning and executing recognition and incentive programs.
• Provide daily HRBP support and coordinate with stakeholders to drive initiatives.
