Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking an HRBP for the Commercials unit in Bogor to act as the single point of contact for HR functions including recruitment, training, development, compensation & benefits, and facilities. You will proactively support HR processes and address gaps to mitigate risks while building strong relationships with the Commercials team.

The role requires minimum a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on business acumen in Commercial

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Technology, Business Processes, Law, or any relevant field
• Minimal 5 years’ experience in the related position
• Have a good understanding in the business acumen of Commercial Trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for HR in Commercials (recruitment, training, development, compensation & benefits, facilities)
• Proactively supports HR processes on the Commercials side
• Identifies gaps and implements changes to cover risks
