Job summary

PT Airpro Fragrances Indonesia seeks an HR leader to drive end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, and operations while building pipelines for channel expansion. You will plan workforce needs for new markets, design performance reviews, and shape compensation practices. Fluency in English and FMCG HR experience are essential for success.

You’ll nurture a high-performance culture, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and manage HRIS and records across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager or HRBP role.
• FMCG industry experience is required.
• Proven experience supporting sales or commercial teams is essential.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Solid knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, operations, and support functions.
• Delivers talent pipelines and improves hiring efficiency for field sales and channel expansion.
• Conducts workforce planning to support new markets, distributors, and growth.
• Implements and manages performance review processes aligned with business objectives.
• Supports design and execution of sales incentive and commission schemes.
• Conducts C&B benchmarking and provides compensation/benefits recommendations.
• Manages lifecycle: onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
• Fosters a high-performance culture for sales and commercial teams.
• Handles employee relations with compliance to local labor laws.
• Develops and maintains HR policies, processes, HRIS, and employee records.
