PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an HR professional to support the HRBP Manager by translating business needs into HR initiatives for Commercial functions. The role manages end-to-end recruitment for International Business and supports Commercial hiring in Indonesia, while partnering with stakeholders on workforce planning and organizational updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in any major with relevant HR experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience in FMCG, multinational companies, or distributor-led sales environments is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for Commercial functions, especially Sales, is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in recruitment, stakeholder management, HR operations, and English communication.
