Job summary

PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum is seeking a seasoned HR Operations Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle, coordinate payroll inputs, BPJS administration, and HR data management across multiple locations. You will lead HR service delivery, address employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with policies and SLAs.

The role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll processes, HRIS, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Payroll, or related HR functions.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll processes, BPJS, HRIS, and Microsoft Excel.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, labor regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Lead HR operations teams, monitor service performance, and drive process improvements and HR digitalization.

Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Payroll, or related HR functions.

At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team management experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll processes, BPJS, HRIS, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-location operations is an advantage.
