We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to support management in HR, recruitment, people management, and daily business operations, while also supporting our Singapore-based sister company and its projects.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple responsibilities, coordinate across departments, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, candidate selection, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, HR documents, and personnel data.
Support day-to-day HR administration and employee-related matters.
Assist management with employee relations and people management.
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee activities.
Coordinate employee onboarding and other HR-related activities.
Provide administrative and operational support to HR, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Project departments.
Coordinate internal tasks and follow up with relevant departments to ensure activities are completed on time.
Track documents, purchase orders, suppliers, and operational activities.
Prepare reports, data, and documentation for management.
Assist management with daily administrative, coordination, and operational matters.
Maintain organized company records and databases.
Work closely with the management team and our Singapore-based sister company.
Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, or a relevant field.
1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or related industries is preferred.
Experience in recruitment, HR administration, and employee relations is preferred.
Knowledge or experience in Industrial Relations (Hubungan Industrial) is an advantage.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as the role will involve regular communication with our Singapore-based team.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to handle confidential employee and company information professionally.
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
