Job summary

Honest is seeking an experienced HRBP to own HR regulatory compliance, policy, talent acquisition, engagement, training, and organization development. You will work with OJK and BI audits and build strong, scalable people processes for fast growth in Indonesia.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner with business leaders to hire top talent, design policies, and develop the employee experience while maintaining compliance across labour regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, law, or related field.
• 5+ years as HRBP/HR generalist, fintech/financial services preferred.
• Hands-on recruiting, policy-writing, and training-management experience.
• Knowledge of OJK/BI HR reporting and Indonesian labour law.

About the role:

As HRBP, you will own HR regulatory compliance, policy, talent acquisition, engagement, training, and organization development. You'll keep Honest audit-ready with OJK and BI while partnering with the business on hiring, capability, and employee experience.

Reporting to the HR Director, you'll be a true business partner, equal parts compliance guardian and people champion - making sure our fast growth is matched by strong foundations and a team that loves working here.

How you will make an impact:

1. Keep Honest audit-ready and compliant
   • Prepare and submit OJK & BI HR reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual, incidental) and support audits
   • Maintain the mandatory Job Library and organization-structure updates required for OJK & BI reporting
   • Handle WLKP reporting
2. Own policy and talent acquisition
   • Author and maintain HR policies — hiring, onboarding/offboarding, training, and company policy
   • Run talent acquisition end-to-end: sourcing, screening, interview, selection, and offer coordination
3. Build capability, engagement, and employee experience
   • Deliver mandatory awareness training (Anti-Fraud & Risk Ops, Consumer Data Protection, AML, IT Cyber Security) and the Employee Development Program (TNA, training management, internal modules)
   • Drive engagement and company events, and handle day-to-day employee relations

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's in HR, Psychology, Law, or a related field
• 5+ years as an HRBP / HR generalist, ideally within fintech or financial services
• Working knowledge of OJK/BI HR reporting, WLKP, and Indonesian labour regulation
• Hands-on recruiting, policy-writing, and training-management experience
• Strong communication, discretion, and stakeholder partnering skills

What makes you stand out:

• Experience in a licensed fintech, bank, or multifinance company regulated by OJK/BI
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM) or formal Indonesian labour-law training
• Experience building HR processes and structures in a fast-scaling start-up
• Track record delivering compliance and awareness training (AML, data protection, cybersecurity)
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
