Who we are:We are Honest - a company committed to building financial products that people truly love. Our products are designed to be fair, simple, and genuinely useful in everyday life. Our diverse team brings together people from different backgrounds who share the same goal: to create meaningful solutions that make finance better. After successfully launching first product, we’re now in an exciting growth stage, learning fast, moving quickly, and building together as a team.
About the role:
As Influencer Specialist, you will own how Honest shows up through influencer marketing - one of the most important channels for both Honest and our credit card segment. You will manage a mix of paid and organic influencers whose content drives both paid performance and organic brand growth through campaigns, partnerships, and promotions.
You will report to the Brand Lead, working primarily through influencer agencies while personally identifying the right influencers for the right promo or campaign. You will also take on broader brand partnership opportunities, ensure every piece of content aligns with our brand guidelines and regulatory requirements, and keep campaigns running on time.
How you will make an impact:
- Identify and activate the right influencer partnerships
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns across paid and organic tracks, aligned with product launches, promos, and always-on brand goals
- Work primarily through influencer agencies to source creators, while personally identifying and selecting the right influencers (macro, micro, and nano) for each specific promo or campaign to ensure the best content-audience fit
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, and contracts with agencies, and directly with influencers where relevant
- Explore and manage broader brand partnership opportunities (co-branded content, event tie-ins, community collaborations) that complement influencer activity
- Manage agencies and ensure quality, on-brand content
- Manage day-to-day relationships with influencer agencies, including briefing, contracting, and performance follow-up
- Review and approve influencer content (stories, videos, posts) to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Ensure all influencer content complies with relevant regulatory requirements for financial services/credit card advertising before publishing
- Coordinate with Legal/Compliance and Brand teams to keep content approval standards up to date
- Own timelines and drive performance
- Own the end-to-end campaign timeline - from briefing and content production through review, approval, and posting
- Ensure agencies follow the campaign brief and commit to agreed timelines; proactively flag and resolve delays or bottlenecks
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to build campaign reporting, tracking reach, engagement, conversion, and CAC (paid and organic)
- Understand how to evaluate campaign success holistically, with CAC as a key parameter, beyond surface metrics like CPV
- Collaborate across the marketing team
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, Content/Creative, and Product teams to align influencer content with broader campaign calendars and business priorities
- Partner with the Brand Lead to ensure influencer output supports overall brand positioning and messaging
- Stay current on platform trends, creator economy shifts, and competitor influencer activity to keep strategy fresh
What you need to have:
- 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or brand partnerships
- Proven track record managing both paid and organic influencer relationships and campaigns, including working with influencer agencies
- Strong ability to identify the right influencers for the right promo/campaign based on audience fit, content style, and campaign objectives
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with agencies and partners
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms/tools and social media analytics
- Data-driven mindset, with a solid understanding of CAC as a key performance parameter, and the ability to evaluate campaign success beyond CPV
- Strong organizational and timeline management skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns, agencies, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent English communication skills
What makes you stand out:
- Experience working in a finance institution (banking, fintech, or credit card), preferable but not limited to that background
- Experience reviewing content against brand guidelines and coordinating regulatory/compliance approvals in a regulated industry
