Job summary

Carousell Group is offering a 6-month HR internship to learn and support HR initiatives across Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia, including employer branding on social media and careers pages.

You will assist regional recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement, working with multiple teams. A flexible hybrid arrangement and monthly stipend are provided.

Qualifications

• Active university student available for a 6-month internship.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Interest in human resources and people management.
• Ability to communicate across Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with analytical skills.

Job Description

During this 6 months internship you will have the opportunities:

• To learn and support in HR projects such as developing and implementing various HR initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate to develop and execute employer branding strategies on social media and the careers website; organize branding events.
• Assist the regional recruitment process; job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Support HR project planning, execution, policy development, and employee engagement activities.
• Work with different teams to support HR projects and initiatives.
• Help plan and execute HR-related events as employee engagement projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• ACTIVE university students, available to commit for 6 months internship
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Has a keen interest in human resources and people management. Any educational background is welcomed!
• Collaborative with ability to communicate effectively throughout different regions such as Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia
• Positive attitude and solution oriented, and the ability to think out of the box to innovate
• Enthusiastic about AI and automation; knowledge-sharing on new tools and initiatives are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Google sheet, docs and slides.
• Passionate about e-commerce, omnichannel, and technology sectors
