Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim invites an HR Staff to join its manufacturing operations in Sepatan, Tangerang. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Psychology/HR/Management/Economics/Law) and has at least two years of HR experience in manufacturing.

You will handle HR operations and end-to-end HR processes, assist payroll for all employee levels, and work with labor regulations and industrial relations. English fluency is preferred, and familiarity with SIPP and EDabu is a plus.
