Job summary

PT TMNC MANUFACTURING INTERNATIONAL is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead human resources in a fast‑paced garment manufacturing environment. The role requires managing a large blue‑collar workforce and overseeing recruitment, training, and industrial relations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–8 years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in HR with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in garment/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Experience managing a large workforce of blue-collar workers.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, manpower planning, training and development, PM, compensation & benefits, and IR.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and enforcement.
• Experience handling employee relations, grievances, labor disputes, and terminations.
• Familiarity with HR compliance, social compliance, and buyer requirements is a plus.
• Understanding garment production workforce needs (Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, Packing, QC, Technical, Maintenance).
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office; Excel skills essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with Production, PPIC, QA/QC, Finance, Compliance, and others.
• English skills advantageous.

Job description

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Management, or related field.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.

Previous experience in the garment or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

Experienced in managing a large workforce, particularly blue-collar workers and production operators.

Strong knowledge of recruitment, manpower planning, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations.

Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and their implementation.

Experienced in handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, labor disputes, and termination processes.

Familiar with HR compliance, social compliance, and buyer requirements is an advantage.

Strong understanding of garment production workforce requirements, including Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, Packing, QC, Technical, and Maintenance.

Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Able to work independently and effectively collaborate with Production, PPIC, QA/QC, Finance, Compliance, and other departments.

Good command of English is an advantage.

Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage a large workforce.
