Job summary

Eastlync Technology Indonesia is seeking an HR Staff to join the growing HR team in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta East. The role supports the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and performance support, while contributing to a positive culture and efficient HR processes.

You will handle operational HR tasks, maintain confidential records, and collaborate across departments to ensure compliant HR practices in line with Indonesian labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Law or related field.
• 1–2 years in HR Staff/Generalist role.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: assist end-to-end recruitment activities including postings, screening, interviews, and pipeline maintenance.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: coordinate onboarding experiences and manage offboarding processes.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: serve as a contact for inquiries, foster positive relations, assist in events and culture initiatives.
• HR Operations & Personnel Administration: maintain accurate employee records, contracts, offers, leave/attendance with confidentiality.
• Performance & Development: support performance cycles and coordinate training programs.
• Policy & Compliance: help communicate and maintain compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: liaise between HR and other departments for effective communication.
