Job summary

Techconnect is seeking a recruitment specialist to source and hire qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles in our regional network. The role emphasizes Mandarin-speaking talent across China, Taiwan, Singapore, and other markets, with end-to-end responsibility from sourcing to onboarding.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person, and drive hiring metrics while building strong pipelines for future growth in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, communications, or related field.
• 1–5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Experience recruiting Mandarin-speaking talent is highly preferred.
