Job summary

You will handle HR documentation, payroll coordination support, and contribute to HR projects and policy development, leveraging HRIS and MS Office to enable effective people operations and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or specialist role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interviews, offers.
• Process employee documentation and maintain HR records in compliance with Indonesian law.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
• Assist with employee engagement, training, and development activities.
• Handle employee queries confidentially and collaborate with line managers on performance conversations.
• Contribute to HR administration, payroll coordination and benefits management.
• Participate in HR projects to improve efficiency.
