Responsibilities

• Collaborate across six HR modules: recruitment, compensation, performance, training, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Partner with division leaders to ensure smooth HR operations and business alignment.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, KPI tracking, and employee capability development initiatives.
• Facilitate positive workplace relations and uphold corporate compliance and standards.
