Job summary

PT Xinhai Knitting Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Specialist Compliance to join the quality assurance and control team in Brebes District, Central Java. The role oversees compliance activities, internal audits, and quality control measures across the manufacturing facility to ensure regulatory adherence and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA/compliance or manufacturing auditing, strong knowledge of ISO standards, and professional certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in quality assurance, compliance or manufacturing auditing roles.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Proven experience conducting internal audits and managing compliance programmes in manufacturing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Professional certifications such as QMS Lead Auditor or Auditor Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain compliance programmes and audit schedules across all manufacturing departments.
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to quality standards, safety regulations and manufacturing protocols.
• Supervise and coordinate compliance activities with production teams and management to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to identify potential compliance risks and quality control issues.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, documenting findings and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of all audits, inspections and compliance activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure facility compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Lead training sessions for manufacturing staff on compliance protocols and quality assurance procedures.
• Investigate non-conformances and support the implementation of corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
• Report on key compliance metrics and performance indicators to senior management.

About the role

This is a full-time position based in Brebes District, Central Java, and represents a key opportunity to ensure our manufacturing operations maintain the highest standards of compliance and quality across all production processes. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance activities, conducting internal audits, and supervising quality control measures across our manufacturing facility. Your strategic oversight will be critical in maintaining regulatory adherence, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements. This position plays a vital role in protecting the integrity of our operations and supporting our commitment to excellence.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance or manufacturing auditing roles
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or other relevant quality management systems

• Excellent understanding of textile or knitting manufacturing processes and associated regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated experience in supervising teams and communicating audit findings to stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in audit software and data management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and manufacturing regulations is highly desirable
• Professional certifications such as QMS Lead Auditor, Auditor Certificate or similar qualifications are preferred
